Retun Policy

 Camou Sandal Singapore offers a 7-day return policy to all customers in Singapore.

Terms and Conditions for return:

  • The item cannot be returned after the 7-day return period expires.

  • The item must be in the the same condition to when it was received. It must be unworn or unused.

  • Promotional and Sales items are not eligible for the 7-day return policy.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to be eligible.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Tracking number from Singpost Smartpac or a reliable courier company MUST be provided for us to follow up with. Without tracking number, we cannot demonstrate that the returned item(s) will  be safely received. We will not be liable for the item(s) if it is lost in mail.​

  • As all the size chart references has been given, no return will be allowed due to wrong chosen sizes.

  • Once the returned item has been received and accepted, a coupon code of the face value of the amount paid for the original purchase will be issued. This coupon code is to be used for the next purchase. There will not be any refund.

How To Make A Return

To start a return, you can contact us at camousandalsg@gmail.com. with your receipt number or proof of purchase and must be within the 7-day return policy period, indicate your name and contact number.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Full refund of the amount paid will be made if only the purchased item is out of stock. The refund mode can be in a reversal of the charge made on your credit card or by PAYNOW.
